Branch Manager.
The right Branch Manager for Wayne Automatic will lead by example; be a great communicator; have a strong work ethic; can instill team spirit; and be self-motivated; professional; and organized. This person must manage effectively through people! We will settle for nothing less than a results-oriented, top performer!
The Branch Manager must have at least 5 years’ experience running all aspects of a branch operation including sales, design, operations, & administrative functions. He/she must also completely manage the financial side of running a branch including material & labor costs; expenses; budgeting; p & l; and more. We want a problem solver who can build strong relationships with team members, customers, & AHJs. He/she must also possess excellent people skills to hire, coach, train, & terminate team members.
