HOW IT WORKS: Each week in your paychecks you will receive a different challenge. The
challenges will take all of your team complete. Upon completion of the
challenge, each member of your team will turn in their work to the team
captain, who will then in turn get it checked by your team coordinator.
The challenges will always be different and they will play to the
individual strengths that each one of you brings to Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers.
You will find that your team is made up of individuals from each
division. You will need to call upon these division experts at
different times in order to complete the assignments. The assignments /
challenges will also encourage you to utilize all the resources
available to you at Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers.
View Team Pages Now! After you compete a challenge and turn in your answers, the following
week, again in your paycheck you will receive the previous weeks
answers to the challenge, plus your reward/ supplies, along with your next challenge for that week.
You will use the supplies to build a Wayne Wonder. You will be given
three milestones for your Wayne Wonders. At each milestone your wonder
will need to be able to complete a certain task. Your wonder will be
awarded points for the completion of the task, creativity, and a final
category that will be revealed to you when the first milestone is
announced.
As stated earlier you will be competing against other teams. The more
points you earn the better your chances are at being one of the teams
selected to represent your region in the final Wayne’s Wonders
Challenge. The challenge will last thru the end of October, 2008, winning
teams will be announced after that.
Winning teams will be asked to send a couple of team members and of
course their wonder to the final Wayne’s Wonders Challenge in Orlando
Florida, held during the first part of December, 2008.

like in real life we never fully know what we are in store for when we
encounter a new project. That is also reflected in this challenge. Just
